What's included in the programme

Our coaching programmes are tailored to your needs. We don't believe in a 'one-size-fits-all' approach to development. That's why the intro call is so important: it's used to understand what you want to achieve as an individual. The sessions are designed to allow you the space to explore your motivations, how you apply your skills and strengths, and trying out new things, in service of achieving your goals.

This is an example of what the nine-session programme could look like, with each session lasting one hour, with pre- and post-activities to maximise the application of your learning.
